Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting MADO products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store presentation and brand standards. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection. Promote and sell MADO retail products, including desserts, chocolates, and packaged items. Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately. Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and rotated. Provide product knowledge, including ingredients and allergen information when required. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Support inventory counts, stock receiving, and reporting. Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in retail sales, food & beverage, or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Working Conditions

Shift-based work, including weekends and public holidays. Standing for extended periods.
Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
