About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executives to join our field sales team. You will be responsible for driving product sales and building strong relationships with retailers across the UAE, including grocery stores and small shops. This is a field-based role perfect for someone who is energetic, loves engaging with people, and thrives on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Visit and manage sales at assigned retail outlets, grocery stores, and small shops.
• Confidently present, demonstrate, and explain company products to shop owners and managers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Ensure product availability and visibility through effective merchandising.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the sales manager.
• Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery follow-up.

Requirements & Skills (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or field sales, preferably with FMCG/grocery/small shops.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Presentable, active, and possess a strong customer-facing personality.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Earnings: Up to AED 6,000 per month (Base Salary + Attractive Commission)
• Working Schedule: 6 days a week
