Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company in our retail stores. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best telecom and technology solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide expert advice on products and services (e.g., mobile plans, devices, accessories).
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company products, services, and current promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and close sales.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Customer Service: Deliver a high-standard, personalized customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
• Store Operations: Assist in daily store operations, including merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards regarding sales, customer interaction, and data integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in Telecom, Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Language Skills: Strong English communication skills are essential (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including mornings and evenings, as per business requirements.
• Mobility: Must have the flexibility to work across different store locations and cities within the UAE.
