Retail Sales Executives

to join our growing field sales team in the UAE. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven individuals with experience in retail and merchandising who enjoy working in the field and building relationships with shop owners.

Key Responsibilities

Visit grocery stores, small shops, and retail outlets to promote products Explain product features, pricing, and benefits confidently to shop owners Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at stores Collect market feedback and report to the sales supervisor Support promotions and new product launches
Requirements

Previous experience in

retail sales, grocery stores, small shops, or merchandising

Good communication skills in

English, Malayalam, and Hindi

(mandatory) Confident in explaining and selling products to shop owners Presentable, active, and target-driven personality Ability to work independently in field sales

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates on

spouse or family visa preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
