Job Role:-
New leads will be provided daily by the company. Your role involves making
outbound calls to pre-interested prospects
with the goal of
scheduling showroom visits or appointments
.
When a confirmed customer arrives at the showroom, you're expected to
welcome them warmly
, engage in conversation, and
present the relevant products and services
that match their interests.
Next
guide the customer toward making a purchase decision
, while also
promoting available add-ons
that enhance their experience.
After a successful sale, it's important to
build and maintain a lasting relationship
with the customer, as
referrals play a major role
in our continued growth.
In short, you'll be
managing the entire customer journey

Excellent
communication skills
and
fluency in English
are essential. Fluency in
Hindi
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:-
Place
outbound calls daily
, aiming for a
connect rate of 50% or higher
through the CRM platform.
Identify, assess, and prioritize leads
to encourage
showroom visits
and conversions.
Own responsibility
for achieving sales goals, while also driving
cross-selling, upselling
, and maintaining
strong post-sale relationships
.
Use techniques like
persistent follow-ups
to
predict and build future sales opportunities
and maintain a healthy
sales pipeline
.
Greet and assist
walk-in clients
, understand their preferences, and guide them toward the most suitable
product options
.
