We are looking for a motivated
Retail Sales Executive
to join our fashion retail team atAl Ghurair Centre
. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer service, with the ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional shopping experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories. Maintain product knowledge to promote new arrivals and key styles. Ensure store display and visual merchandising are up to standard. Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and feedback professionally. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Support daily store operations including stock management and billing.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (fashion preferred). Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Presentable and customer-oriented personality. Flexible with shifts and weekend work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
AED 3,000 per monthInsurance provided
Ticket allowance every 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
