We're Hiring: Sales Executives (Junior & Senior Levels) - Dubai, UAE

Are you a passionate sales professional ready to grow or lead in the FMCG and hygiene space?

We're hiring for two roles, Junior Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive/Manager to drive our B2B partnerships across retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must be based in Dubai)

Salary: AED 5,000 - 15,000/month (based on experience and role level)

Experience:

Junior: 3-4 years in B2B/field sales
Senior: 6-10 years in B2B/FMCG sales, ideally in personal care or hygiene
Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B opportunities for product development & contract manufacturing
Lead or support sales initiatives with retailers (pharmacies, supermarkets), HORECA clients, and distributors
Conduct client visits, demos, sampling, and follow-ups
Collaborate with R&D and marketing on new product launches
Prepare proposals, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
Mentor junior team members (Senior role only)
Requirements:

Strong sales and negotiation skills
UAE driving license (mandatory for Junior role)
Existing relationships with distributors, retailers, or HORECA clients
Knowledge of MOQs, lead times, and packaging in private label
CRM proficiency and excellent communication skills
Experience in export markets or e-commerce retail is a plus
