We're Hiring: Sales Executives (Male & Female)

The Bizmen Group is expanding into the world of luxury perfumes and is looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced Sales Executives to join our new fragrance retail division in Dubai.

Open Positions:

2 Male Retail Sales Executive 2 Female Retail Sales Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (perfume/cosmetics preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with fragrance selection and provide excellent service Demonstrate detailed product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations Achieve individual and store sales targets Maintain a clean and organized retail space Handle POS transactions accurately Build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty
Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably perfumes or cosmetics Friendly, presentable, and confident communicator Strong customer service skills and sales focus Flexible with working hours, including weekends English fluency required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
