Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused
Retail Sales Agents
for a leading telecommunication store in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling telecom products and services and a passion for delivering excellent in-store customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting telecom products and services Sell SIM cards, mobile phones, internet plans, devices, and related accessories Explain features, pricing, and benefits of various products and plans Process sales using POS systems and ensure accurate billing and activation Meet daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue Maintain store cleanliness, stock display, and proper merchandising Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide post-sales support Stay updated on latest offers, bundles, promotions, and device knowledge
Desired Profile:
1-3 years of experience in telecom retail sales (Etisalat, Du, Virgin, etc. preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with a customer-first approach Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage Smart appearance and professional behavior Flexible with shift work, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
