Job Purpose:

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience across our core categories such as apparel, lifestyle, and skincare. With a focus on expert styling, personalized service, and strong product knowledge, you'll help create a welcoming shopping environment that drives customer satisfaction, meets sales targets, and strengthens team collaboration.

Key Accountabilities:

Continuously enhance the floor service experience by staying updated with the latest trends and products Possess thorough knowledge of all product offerings and design labels available on the floor Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate ensembles based on their personality, occasion, and season Address styling queries via WhatsApp and assist in creating an image and video repository to respond to daily customer inquiries Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer experience on the floor Exhibit teamwork by taking on additional responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirement:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of retail store sales experience in apparel, skincare or lifestyle Any degree/diploma in any field Arabic speaking is a must Strong communication skills with a warm, customer-centric approach Confident in using digital tools to assist and follow up with customers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
