Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with proven retail sales experience in

disposable food packaging products

. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's range of disposable food packaging products to retail clients. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction. Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations to potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer service. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in disposable food packaging products (Retail or B2B). Strong knowledge of UAE retail market and routes to market. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
