Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented

Counter Sales Executive

to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of providing a positive customer experience at the sales counter. While experience in a similar industry is preferred, it's not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day counter sales activities and customer inquiries Provide excellent customer service and product guidance to clients Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain stock display and monitor inventory levels at the counter Coordinate with the Sales Manager for sales reporting and stock requirements Build and maintain positive customer relationships Ensure store cleanliness and product arrangement

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate degree At least 13 years of relevant experience in retail sales Experience in a similar industry is preferred but not compulsory Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage Excellent interpersonal and sales skills Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle a dynamic retail environment
