Job Description

The role includes generating and increasing sales through serving customers on trade counter and over the phone. The range of products includes

Cables & Wires, Cable Accs, Wiring Accs, Industrial controls and Switchgear, Tools and Consumables

products.

Generate new leads through strategic research, cold calling, and through social networks. Ensure the showroom meets or exceeds sales targets through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and consistent follow-ups. Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom cleanliness. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product catalog, pricing and specification. Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle cash, credit, and returns according to store policies. You'll be responsible for dealing with walk in customers, answering queries, sales, payments, stock updates. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information using CRM software. Strictly implement all company rules and regulations.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in the retail. Basic knowledge of LV switchgear and installation products is

MUST

. Skills in cold calling to initiate business conversations and opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
