Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic
(spoken and written) is
mandatory
; proficiency in English is preferred.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
Knowledge of customer behavior and market trends in the Arabic-speaking demographic.
Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
