ROLE: As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest level of store presentation. You will play a key role in achieving our sales goals through your enthusiasm about our products, and your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a respectful and informative manner, ensuring their needs are identified and met with the appropriate products and services.
Conduct clear and persuasive product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate purchasing decisions.
Maintain the overall aesthetic appeal of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Proficiently operate the administration system of communicating with the internal stakeholders regarding the orders received to issue PO's and following up on customer deliveries.
Manage inventory, including stocking and reordering products, and conducting regular inventory audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
Help in creating engaging and creative social media content to promote our products and store events, enhancing our brand's online presence and attracting new customers.
Perform routine duties necessary for the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
A flair for visual merchandising and store presentation.
