We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team in the luxury jewellery segment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fine jewellery, possess a deep understanding of luxury sales, and be skilled in building meaningful relationships with discerning clientele.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the premium standards of our brand. This is a key position that requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Provide expert guidance and personalized service to clients, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, jewellery, or high-end fashion retail. Strong knowledge of jewellery products, precious metals, gemstones, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Proven ability to close high-value sales and develop client loyalty. Goal-driven and results-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Professional appearance and demeanour with a passion for luxury and fine craftsmanship. Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
