Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote

personal loan and finance products

from top-tier UAE banks Generate and convert leads through

field activity, referrals, and direct interaction

Understand client needs and provide

tailored financial solutions

Consistently meet and exceed

monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain client relationships with a focus on

service and satisfaction

Stay updated with

banking guidelines, regulatory policies, and product updates

Candidate Requirements:

Sales experience in personal finance, loans, or banking

is an advantage

Freshers

with excellent communication skills and sales drive are

encouraged to apply

Must be

currently residing in the UAE

Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills Able to work independently in a

fast-paced, commission-driven environment
