Personal Loan Sales Team
in
Dubai
. Whether you're an experienced sales professional with
1 year of retail banking experience in the UAE
or a
fresher with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell
personal loan products
to customers
Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and field activity
Educate clients on loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
Maintain strong
customer relationships
and provide excellent post-sale support
Meet and exceed
monthly sales targets
and performance KPIs
Keep accurate records of client data and sales activities
Stay updated on personal loan guidelines and banking regulations in the UAE
Candidate Requirements:
1 year of UAE retail banking experience
in personal loans
preferred
, but
freshers are encouraged to apply
Proven ability to
meet and exceed sales targets
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Must be
currently residing in the UAE
Experience in
customer relationship management (CRM)
Knowledge of
UAE banking and financial regulations
is an advantage
Presentable, self-driven, and confident personality

Up to AED 8,000/month (based on experience)
