Our client, a leading retail brand, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Footwear Retail Sales Associate to join their showrooms in Ajman/ Al Ain & Dubai. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting the right footwear, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and footwear, sales-driven, and committed to creating an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting footwear and related products.
Assess customer needs, recommend suitable options, and explain product features, benefits, and sizing.
Maintain strong knowledge of styles, trends, and ongoing promotions.
Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and upkeep of store displays.
Accurately handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges.
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Address customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (retail experience preferred).
Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in footwear, apparel, or fashion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Passion for footwear and fashion trends.
