Job Description
We are looking to hire a energetic, and resourceful Retail Staff Associate for our retail store and applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience. Candidates should be able to converse about the best style of dresses and enthusiastically and to confidently sell, promote and market other products inside the store. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides customers with knowledgeable, fast, and efficient service; and suggests to the customer key promotional fashion products.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all luxury merchandise sold in the department and communicates that information to other department personnel.
- Develops and maintains a customer database.
- Make sure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s brands are implemented in a good way within the retail environment.
- Ensure all Company communication is read promptly and action all relevant points.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all store based personnel and team.
- Focus on Team-oriented Retail Sales Associate who works well in a collaborative environment, yet thrives on personal sales achievements.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
