Description
Looking for a Retail sales Associate for Al-Wakrah, Qatar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
- Play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
- Manage returns.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service.
- Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma with experience as retail sales associate.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Capable of multitasking; strong time management.
