We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the Sales Associate role in our Distribution Division. Our ideal candidate would have strong experience, solid oral and verbal communication skills and extensive knowledge of the Beauty & Skincare Retail industry Responsibilities You will be expected to have a complete understanding of the brand, brand values, and product know-how of the brands handled by you before your shop floor assignment You will attend training, engage, and participate in all brand training as required You will maximize sales and efforts to achieve and meet brand targets You will regularly communicate achievement updates to the management through weekly, monthly reports as part of your KPI You must achieve sales results with integrity and ensure proper due diligence is followed at all times. Planning and taking part in-store events. Actively seek out customers in store Training Retailer store employees on products, usage, benefits etc. You will be responsible to ensure that the brand SKUs have enough visibility in the stores, providing timely feedback to the management on sales staff competencies, customer feedback etc. You will be required to present a confident and friendly demeanour while dealing with customers at the stores. You should be able to provide clarity and accurate information to customers regarding product questions, applications etc. You should be able to address customer complaints in a timely manner Follow grooming guidelines to promote company and brand image Always demonstrate confidence and communicate efficiently and effectively with customers You will be expected to be a team player, follow company processes and guidelines diligently Requirements and skills Sales Associate skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Retail Business Associate or similar role
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month Education:
