Assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Follow and achieve department\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Having Optical Retail Experience is a plus.
Increasing in store sales
Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Handle returns of merchandise
Team up with team leaders and co-workers to achieve goals.
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Comply with inventory control procedures
Suggest ways to improve sales
