Vape Here Store is a retailer Shop located in Abu Dhabi which specialized in selling an Electronic cigarettes and Vaping items. We have decided to expand our team and recurring a Retail Sales Associate who will be responsible for these tasks:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Performing Daily sales enteries and reports.
- Responding to customers correspondences and fullfilling online orders.
- Supporting in general administrative & logistics aspects.
- Providing accurate information such product features, pricing and after-sales services.
- Manage returns & maintain accurate records for stock level.
- Responding to customers questions on different social media platforms.
- Partial engagement on social media marketing.
- Providing different type of reporting as required.
- Notify customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customers feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
