Nair Systems is currently looking Retail Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field. . Proven experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry. . Strong understanding of retail banking products and services. . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. . Experience in Cards or Payments Business is a plus. . PMP or similar certification is a plus. Skills : . Strong leadership and organizational skills. . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Proficiency in project management tools and software. . Analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: . Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of retail banking projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. . Himyan Card Projects: Oversee the issuance of Himyan Cards to non-account holders and non-residents, and manage the QCB Tokenization process. . Mandate Fulfillment: Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard mandates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders. . Mastercard Migration: Manage the migration process for Mastercard, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption. . Product Development: Conduct and manage UATs for new product developments, ensuring all requirements are met. . Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. . Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
