  • Delivers operational excellence
  • Ensures good operations in store, thru collaboration with Support Services and Area/District/Regional Managers
  • Contributes to adapting / defining / implementing processes and procedures required to well manage the stores.
  • Supports management of budget and external providers involved in daily operations of the stores.
  • Is the interface for field teams when it comes to technical questions/issues/escalations
  • Monitors actions and initiatives dedicated to sustaining or even improve the operational excellence of the stores.
  • Supports the stores\' network in the management and implementation of innovative projects, continuous improvement projects, and any other type of projects dedicated to improving either the staff working conditions and efficiency, or the overall customer experience.
  • Is one of the key interlocutors of the HQ Global Retail Excellence & Innovation and Operations teams for her/his scope of responsibilities.
  • Daily supervises and coordinates the compliance of the stores with Nespresso and Nestl\xc3\xa9 boutique-related operational processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensures operational coordination of Support Services to guarantee that all needs from the stores are properly transferred to the local Head Office, when proven relevant to deliver according to objectives (targets and customer experience), and properly met by the concerned stakeholders
  • Maintains strong relationships with Support Functions to be always up to date on novelties, eg, product / innovation launches, marketing plan, new procedures and processes developed for Boutiques.
  • Transfers all relevant information to Area/District/Regional Managers and Boutiques that is required for them to properly operate their stores and deliver according to targets, for instance if they need to anticipate and organize for any new change (new products, new procedures, etc.)
  • Is perfectly knowledgeable on all Nespresso and Nestl\xc3\xa9 procedures, standards and guidelines related to our Boutiques: is in charge of maintain them up to date, of transferring them to any new comer, and of ensuring they are both properly understood and respected
  • Ensures compliance of stores to all operational processes, standards and procedures, eg thru regular Operational Assessments
  • Reports to Management and Area/District/Regional Managers results of regular Operational Assessments with recommendation of corrective action plans when required
  • Supports Boutique teams into the implementation of these action plans and into always being up to date on Nespresso standard procedures and processes (QSHE, Stock, Cash, Workforce Scheduling, etc.)
  • Contributes to any projects related to store opening, refurbishment, downsizing, relocation, or closure, to be "the voice of the field and of the operations" and to bring the relevant perspective to the team.
  • Monitors tools, practices, technologies... utilized within the stores and manages initiatives dedicated to improving our Retail Excellence
  • Monitors from the local Head Office the good functioning of any solution / practice that is utilized to optimize our stores\' operations and overall performance (eg, Workforce Scheduling tool, queuing solution, Via Appia, Pick to Light, Cash Recycler, Nessoft, etc) ; is the key interlocutor for Boutique teams when any training on them, or escalation, is required ; takes consequent action to correct the situation in a timely manner
  • Is one of the key interlocutors of the HQ Global Retail Excellence & Innovation and Operations teams for her/his scope of responsibilities.
  • Coordinates any new initiative or project dedicated to improving store operations, staff working conditions and efficiency, and overall customer experience, always in collaboration with HQ counterparts.
  • When relevant, manages and develops team.
- Directly responsible for building and maintaining a constructive, motivating and pleasant working environment- Networks, recruits, and hires top quality project managers- Performs regular check-ins with Direct Reports- Completes all career development cycle activities in line with HR timeframes (PDP, Year-end review, etc.)- Develops direct reports to prepare them for growth and create succession plans-Identifies gaps in team around talent and succession planning, develops plans for closing gaps in pipeline.What will make you successful\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Minimum 2 years required on either a similar position, or as an effective project manager.
