Retail Operations Manager
to oversee our retail outlets and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of all retail outlets. Monitor and analyze
daily sales & expenses
.Prepare and present accurate monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions. Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service quality. Supervise employees, track performance, and improve efficiency. Support business development initiatives to increase sales and profitability.Requirements:
Proven experience in
retail management / operations & business development
. Strong knowledge ofbasic accounting & P&L preparation
. Excellentcommunication and leadership skills
.Valid UAE driving license
and own car (mandatory). Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and achieve targets.What We Offer:
