The Retail Operations Manager - Perfume Division is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's retail perfume stores. This role ensures smooth store operations, drives sales performance, maintains high visual merchandising and customer service standards, and supports the retail team in achieving business goals.

Qualification

- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and customer behaviour.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in retail systems and reporting tools
- Passion for the perfume and beauty industry
