Retail Operations Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Retail Operations Manager to oversee and support daily operations across our retail store(s) and e-commerce platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and is passionate about operations, customer experience, and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and overall customer experience Oversee sales performance and reporting Inventory control, stock counts, and reconciliation Shopify store management and order processing Handle online orders, returns, and exchanges Coordinate shipping and courier services Cash handling and POS management Accounts follow-up and invoice coordination Supplier and vendor communication Stock transfers between locations Team support and scheduling coordination Client follow-ups and VIP customer service Administrative tasks and documentation Ensure store compliance and loss prevention Daily problem-solving and operational troubleshooting
Requirements
2+ years of experience in retail operations, store management, or e-commerce operations (fashion experience preferred) Strong experience with inventory control and stock reporting Comfortable using Shopify and basic Excel/Google Sheets Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Highly organized, responsible, and solution-oriented Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Passion for fashion, minimal aesthetics, and customer experience
