Lead in all aspects of business planning, managing the budget and ensure that the revenue targets of the stores are achieved.
Increase the footfall of each stores to achieve the KPI's.
Fix the monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Target with the consent of the Management and achieve the target by delegating the target to the sales teams.
Executes marketing, sales and operational activities producing results that meet or exceed business plan.
Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers, ensuring brand visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high-quality customer service to existing and potential clients.
Develop key account relationships that deliver measurable results by implementing strategies and tactics while managing customers in a manner that will achieve profitable long-term growth of the retail stores.
Plan and implement monthly and quarterly consumer promotions for the retail stores.
Proper delegation of duties and tasks to all Retail Shop team members to meet objectives and maximize resources.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales a Team members with the assigned target amounts and motivate and guide them for achieving the targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have strong background in Retail especially in managing the super stores.
Ample experience in FMCG sector with good understanding about the industry trends.
Must be a graduate with strong vision in the business operations.
