Job Description
Looking to hire a self-driven Retail Operations Manager who will be responsible for a variety of duties including managing overall store operations, oversee store scheduling and shifts to ensure staffing optimization, training and evaluating employees, and following up on work results. We look for individuals who share our passion to fulfill this mission Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of experience as a Retail Operations Manager in the UAE.
- 5-10 years of experience in a fashion retail environment, preferably with sales and store management experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Reliability and dependability are key traits.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
