Retail Operations Manager E. Commerce
Our client, a reputable e-commerce company offering online fashion and household shopping experince. They are currently seeking an Retail Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
The role of the Retail Operations Manager is to:
Oversee the activities of the Operations Associates
Ensure e-Retailers are on-boarded swiftly once legal documentation is completed
Key Accountabilities
e-Retailer Operations:
Drive counterparts with regular follow ups to obtain the necessary information for the upload in a timely manner
Ensure that e-stores are created swiftly once legal documentation is completed
Ensure accuracy and consistency of contents (product descriptions, product measurements such as weight and dimension, photos, videos, pricing, quantity, etc) in order to encourage buying
Develop a training pack and schedule to train e-Retailers on 'Retail Central tool' so they are fully comfortable with the inventory management and order fulfillment
In collaboration with the Operations director, ensure the availability of right product mix and inventory level at the time of on-boarding
Third party service providers' management and introduction of them to e-Retailers
Create a benchmark for the turn-around of different categories
Lead the Operations Associates on retrieving accurate & necessary product descriptions for different categories
Conduct researches on the reputable local and international sites to keep up-to-date and have a better understanding of required standards
Educate Operations Associates on different aspect of retailing considering the priorities of each industry
e-Retailer management:
Schedule a regular and minimum bi-monthly catch up with e-Retailers during the first 3 months to handhold them during the first uploads and tackle any potential problem
Job Category Administration & Secretarial
Organise an e-Retailer calendar to meet, conduct refresher sessions and train on new features and functionalities
Be the first point of contact for the customer service team as e-Retailers raise queries on the Retail Central
Team work:
Manage the Operations Associates, set individual goals, provide direction to them, monitor and review performance on a monthly basis to ensure targets are achieved and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with the different internal departments such as Sales, Marketing & Technology to ensure targets are achieved/ exceeded
Requirements
Person Profile We are looking for someone who is retail oriented, preferably from fashion and Beauty
Having an e-commerce experience would be an advantage
Gross Package / Month 17000
To Gross Package / Month 20000
