Job Description
ROLE: Sales Operations Managers are responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organizations they support. In other words, sales operations managers and their teams take care of everything reps need to have in place to support their ability to sell. JOB DESCRIPTIONS: - Manage a team of Sales representatives for both store and the Kiosk - Manage day-to-day store operations to meet daily, and monthly targets - Implement company policies and standards - Liaison with HR and Finance Manager for administrative task - Prepare a weekly schedule for staff - Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools - Adhoc QUALIFICATON: - Well verse in English communication - 3-5 years experience in managing Retail Operatons, not necessarily in UAE Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
