This is an ideal role for a marketing executive ready to prove him/herself in a managerial role and take on few brands on his/her own. Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing role Content creation experience in the Retail industry in Dubai/GCC Social media savvy with good knowledge of content creation, community management, digital campaigns, measurement and reporting Good understanding of HTML and web design Minimum 1 year experience in creation of copywriting and layout design in addition to database management through an automated software such as Mailchimp Hard Skills: MS Office Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Instagram Analytics, WordPress (basic knowledge) Graphic Design skills in Adobe, INdesign (basic knowledge) Social media content creation (basic knowledge) Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Highly responsible, reliable, and detailed-oriented Assist in all marketing duties, including maintaining an updated media library, copywriting, press release, creative briefing of agencies, in-house graphic designer and 3rd party suppliers etc. Brief, coordinate & meet on regular basis with internal teams and potentially agencies & production suppliers Assist in ensuring that all brands related offline and online information are accurate and updated Active participation in idea generation towards developing collaterals, presentations, events, and promotions Update management and stakeholders on ongoing marketing activities by developing detailed status reports as required Fluency in English Soft Skills: Creative mindset Resilience Attention to details Empathy Time management Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments Interest in keeping updated with the latest trends and technologies Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
