The Global Travel Retail works in close relationship with its main customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our teams are dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio. The role is responsible to assist the Regional Marketing & Retail team with the implementation of the marketing plan in stores, on the ground and on board across a variety of TR operators and key stakeholders. The ambition is to leverage the existing Travel Retail Ecosystem by crafting memorable, elevated consumer experiences for Traveler\xe2\x80\x99s pre/during/post travel across all priority channels. She / he reports to TR Middle East Regional Marketing and Retail Manager and works cross-functionally throughout the organization to ensure accuracy and strong communication across all departments. Including: Regional Marketing & Sales team and Central Marketing & Retail team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the development of the marketing roadmap/ calendar and 360 programs for each retailer and Regional Airlines/ pre, during and post travel under the Regional Marketing & Retail Manager supervision.

  • Work with the Regional Retail team to implement instore tools to measure and improve performance such as Planogramming, KPIs, store classification.

  • Assist in the organization and implementation of the Regional Education and Training development plan for TR Operators, Airline lounge staff & cabin crew, including all deliverables.

  • Coordinate with the Regional Marketing & Retail Manager and the Central Education & Training team to develop tools to organize, manage and motivate Sales Ambassadors and Supervisors community.

  • With the support of the Regional Marketing & Retail Manager organise the implementation of any customer/ press Hospitality experiences to the Maison\xe2\x80\x99s: coordinating with Agencies and Maison\xe2\x80\x99s to secure all travel, transportation, accommodation, event and hospitality requirements.

  • Manage promotional calendars: to be kept updated with all confirmations, amendments, and follow-up with Sales team if any un-confirmed promo cycles.

  • Assist in the development of project briefs to agencies and merchandising contractors, review of past and upcoming jobs to ensure projects are delivered on-time and up to MH standards.

  • Monitor all program performance and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the teams.

  • Identify market trends; maintain awareness of competitive activity in the Travel Channel.

  • A&P management: ensure all promo and permanent trade marketing projects are delivered within budget.

  • Order POSM, glassware, and manage GWP stock on hand. Ensure tools are delivered prior to the commencement of the promotions.


Profile

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Education: BA/Master Degree, holder Languages: Fluent in English

Professional experience & know how:
  • 1 year of work experience (including internships) in Marketing within Wine & Spirits, Retail/Travel Retail, Luxury, etc.
  • Understanding of Retail, consumer journey and consumer experience.
  • Solution and results driven, responsible and independent individual with high level of initiative
