Job Description
Marketing Assistant We are looking for a new marketing assistant to join our international team. You will be a support for our Product and Operational Marketing departments on the daily tasks. Missions : Product development (60%)
- Keep an economic and technological watch to stay informed of new products and trends in the world of well-being and travel retail;
- Analyze potential market changes and identify areas of development in terms of products, for the Retail activity (Be Relax spas) and for the Distribution activity (resellers in airports);
- Propose different sourcing options after consulting & analyzing the potential suppliers
- Assist the Product Manager in the creation of packaging and training supports
- Performance analysis of existing products and update product data in the internal IT tool
- Help with the creation of monthly promotions (from design to POS system set up)
- Create guidelines to ensure a good implementation of the promotions
- Follow up with teams in spas to make sure everything is well set up
- Monthly report on performances
- Be the direct link with our clients to answer questions about our products and services
- Quarterly report
