Job Description
Position Summary Verification of Customer(Disty) Sales Claims to ensure accurate Sales payments are made to the Partners
Maintain SLA(Service level Agreement) with concerned teams to ensure payments to partners happen on time
Verify, map and upload manual sales data onto Samsung Internal System
Analyze Sales data from various sources and providing insights to the sales team Role and Responsibilities

Analyze Sales data from various sources and providing insights to the sales team Role and Responsibilities
- Verification of Sales(Claims) by using Samsung internal system Market Communication system(MCS)
- In case of discrepancies check Electronic data interface(EDI) , Point of sales system(MPOS) , Supply chain management system (GSCM) and identify the issue(if any) and resolve the issue
- Upload manual data on MCS both SKU wise and IMEI which is received from the partners through KAMs
- Analyze market share data and provide insights / recommendations to the sales team to increase retailers sales potential
- Analyze store sales data to identify low performing KPIs(Key Performance Index) of the retailers and collaborate with retailers on improvement and action plans
- Determine the most suitable products to display in stores based on retail mapping and the sales characteristics of each store
- Bachelor’s Degree essential
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other Office packages is a must
- Advanced Qlik Sense experience is a must
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions.
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
- Good team player, well presented, professional, and dedicated
- Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to Senior Mgmt. and/or division heads
- Knowledge on Excel Macros would be a plus.
- Knowledge on other BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableu) or programming languages (Python/R) would be a plus.
