An interior contracting company specialised in turnkey fit-out projects of Luxury Boutiques, is seeking a Production Manager with minimum 10 years of experience in the same field. Responsibilities: - Managing the entire production team of all sections of the factory - Coordinate with the Project Managers in Analyzing shop drawings and generating list of Material needed and their appropriate suppliers - Schedule the projects and submit weekly production calendar - Supervise the quantity used of all kind of material, tools, hardware, factory supplies and consumables and monitor the store inventory movements. - Meeting project's cost and delivery target dates - Implement and monitor quality control procedures in each factory section to ensure highest quality assurance of Hi-End joinery items. - Managing Foremen and supervisors in all sections and submit weekly Production Report to the Management - Responsible of Waste Management and strict compliance with the Health & Safety Standards as required by Civil Defense, Municipality and other Government authorities - Ensure that all machinery and tools are used and maintained properly. - Implement training procedures of all factory employees and evaluate individual performance semi-annually. - Motivate all employees and nurture team spirit, fairness, ethics, knowledge and personal development. - Ensure strict compliance with company's goals, rules and procedures Profile: - Minimum 10 of experience in Carpentry, Joinery for luxury retail - Proven successful record as /Production Manager in a highly reputed retail fit-out company. - Good knowledge of AutoCAD - Well presented with good command of the English Language, verbally and in writing. - Highly organized and focused. - Quality and deadline oriented.
