Main Roles and Responsibilities: 1. An experienced Workshop Manager / or a Production Manager with a Workshop background to be responsible for the overall management and control of workshop manufacturing, planning, installation and Project Team 2. Manage the maintenance and effective use of all machinery and equipment to ensure most efficient and highest quality work methods are achieved. \xef\x82\xb7 Strict implementation of Health & Safety systems 3. Implementation of good \'house-keeping\' in all areas of manufacturing 4. Must be able to motivate, coach and develop team members for high performance 5. Computerised working including cutting lists / delivery notes etc. 6. Job cost control 7. Liaise with project manager to ascertain weekly requirements / changes. 8. Hold weekly production/contracts meeting with project manager/managing director and all sales staff to provide update of all jobs / delivery schedules etc. 9. Assign jobs to workshop labour and ensure a clear understanding of requirements is passed on. 10. Ensure works are completed within set timescales and delivery dates are met 11.Continuously identify and forward ideas that will improve efficiencies. 12. Responsible for on-going training and development of joinery/manufacturing/installation staff 13. Ensure time sheets are accurately completed, collected weekly and signed off. 14. Undertake interviews for production staff candidates. Skills and Requirements: 1. Previous experience as a Production Manager/Production Management in the same field 2. Expanded knowledge on new machineries, production process and the safety standards. 3. Must have knowledge and experience in MEP, joinery and the full scope of fitout works on large scale and high end projects. 4. MUST have a valid UAE Driving License Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
