Retail Associates - BYD Pop-Up Stores - Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE will be part of a bold new retail launch in the UAE. This role involves engaging customers, delivering exceptional service, and showcasing BYD's innovative automotive solutions. Associates will represent the brand at pop-up locations with the opportunity to transition into permanent retail roles as the brand grows.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service and brand representation at pop-up retail stores
• Learn and present detailed product knowledge on BYD vehicles and benefits
• Assist with customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and onboarding during events
• Support smooth operations at pop-up locations including setup and customer flow
• Deliver a luxury retail and hospitality-level experience to every visitor
• Adapt to store transfers and promotional events across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Uphold company values of respect, excellence, collaboration, and integrity in all interactions

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, F and B, or customer service roles
• Valid UAE driving license
• Own residence visa (family, spouse, or freelance)

• Ability to commit to a 2-month pop-up retail project with potential extension
