Retail Accountant

to join our team and oversee our finance operations.

Job Summary:

The Retail Accountant will be responsible for supporting the team in handling our upcoming stores in GCC countries. Having the ability to spot errors, paying attention to details, and being collaborative are all excellent qualities to have.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for validation of Daily Sales report. Checking store sales report/Z reports on the daily basis vs sales upload in the system. Sales return controlling in all ERP systmes. Sales invoices payment in ERP. Reconciliation of credit card settlement. (Acquiring control). Controlling cash collections and foreign currency deposits. Retail and accounting ERP program integration between all systems and creating task on the issues. Ensuring that COGS counted correctly. Responsible for recording the operational expenses. Recording store petty cash expense. Employee expense report entries. Supplier payments and reconciliation. Monitor AR and AP aging report. Bank reconciliation. Integration checking between both system for all sales and opex entries.

We require:

At least 2-3 years' experience in Retail accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft excel. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of 1C ERP is a plus. Russian language is a plus.
