Restaurants Reservations Agent

to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:



As a Restaurants Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to experience our award-winning restaurants and lounges. You will:


Handle all restaurant reservations efficiently and courteously via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide guests with accurate information on restaurant offerings, menus, promotions, and special events. Coordinate with restaurant managers and the F&B team to ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest. Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and guest preferences in accordance with hotel standards. Uphold the InterContinental brand promise by delivering exceptional service with professionalism and warmth.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in guest services, call center, or F&B reservations within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of reservation systems (such as Opera, OpenTable) is an advantage. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
