Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
Prepare daily reports on operations and staff performance.
