Muhammad Iqbal Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dependable
Restaurant Supervisor
to manage daily operations and ensure high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant supervision, excellent team leadership skills, and the ability to manage service flow and consumption efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff
Train, schedule, and motivate team members
Ensure excellent customer service and handle any complaints promptly
Monitor and manage food and supply consumption to minimize waste
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Assist with stock control and supply ordering
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Ability to manage food/service consumption effectively
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Language:
Urdu (Required)
