Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts & bussers.
Interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff; creating work schedules and providing feedback.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints professionally, and resolving issues promptly.
Overseeing daily restaurant operations, coordinating with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Monitoring food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with recipes, and maintaining food safety standards.
Managing inventory levels, inspecting deliveries, and ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and other restaurant policies.
Monitoring cash and transactions, assisting with payroll, and contributing to strategies for maximizing profitability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and guests.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities to handle issues as they arise.
Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is often required.
