Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and timely food delivery.
Manage reservations and handle customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff performance.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Handle cash and manage end-of-day reports and shift closing procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality is an advantage.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
