The restaurant operations manager oversees all aspects of a restaurant's daily operations and ensures that everything goes smoothly. They supervise all kitchen and front-of-house activities, and payments and are also responsible for maintaining the business's reputation. To handle their various responsibilities, restaurant managers rely on well-developed multitasking, delegating and prioritising abilities.
