Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who has grown QSR brands before, understands food margins, delivery platforms, and knows how to open new branches efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all outlets Optimise menu pricing, portioning, and SKUs to improve margins Reduce food cost, waste, and operational inefficiencies Negotiate better commercial terms with delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Careem, Talabat) Improve packaging (cost + brand presentation) Implement SOPs, staff training, and performance control Identify, evaluate, and launch 2-3 new locations Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and execution
Requirements:

3-7+ years experience in QSR or fast-casual food retail Experience managing multiple outlets Strong understanding of delivery-led restaurant models Proven experience improving margins and scaling operations UAE / GCC experience preferred Hands-on, commercially driven, and highly organised
Package:

Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000 (based on experience) Performance-based incentives linked to growth and profitability Real opportunity to grow with the brand

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:
