Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant(s), ensure the highest standards of quality and service, and lead a team with passion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Professional certifications in food safety, restaurant management, or related areas are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including 3+ years in a senior management or operations role.

Proven track record of managing multi-location restaurant operations is highly desirable.

Strong background in managing kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Leadership & Management Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams.

Experience in setting performance standards and achieving KPIs related to customer satisfaction, revenue, and cost control.

Conflict resolution, team-building, and coaching abilities are essential.

Operational Skills:

Deep knowledge of restaurant workflows, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.

Ability to analyze financial reports (P&L, budgets, cost analysis) and optimize profitability.

Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and other restaurant management software.

Customer-Focused Mindset:

Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ability to maintain and elevate service standards through effective staff training and quality control measures.

Language & Communication:

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to communicate clearly with staff, suppliers, and executive leadership.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
