Restaurant Operations Manager



Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including managing food and beverage service, customer interactions, and staff performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Staff Leadership:

Lead, train, and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Foster a positive working environment, ensuring staff adhere to company policies, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards.

Budget and Financial Management:

Control operational costs by managing labor, inventory, and other restaurant expenses. Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports to maximize profitability.

Customer Service:

Ensure that all customers receive top-tier service, resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, and consistently improve guest experiences.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Ensure adherence to health regulations, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Inventory and Supply Management:

Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure the kitchen has the necessary ingredients. Conduct regular inventory audits to reduce waste and ensure cost control.

Staff Scheduling & Payroll:

Create work schedules based on business needs, manage labor costs, and approve payroll for restaurant employees.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic, improve guest retention, and boost sales.

Compliance and Regulations:

Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations regarding health, safety, and labor laws. Ensure the restaurant operates in full compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Reporting:

Report directly to senior management regarding operational performance, financial health, staffing issues, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and restaurant operations. Strong expertise in managing day-to-day restaurant operations. Arabic Speaker. Available to relocate to Iraq
